Ripped Off (Simmons Mattress)

I brought a Simmons Norcross Super Pillow Top mattress at Ashley Funiture. I paid $2000 for it. It is the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. I wake up with aches and pains in my back and never feel I had a good nights sleep. I have a warrenty and they said it is okay for it to sink in 2" that is so crazy. My $2000 matress is visibly sunken in in the center. Do not by Simmons mattresses. Oh! I can't even find Simmons Norcross Super Pillow Top on any matress web site. The store no longer sells this matress. I wonder why?
