Simmons Mattress Company complaint

My husband & I are unfortunately members of the growing list of very dissatisfied Simmons customers. Our 1 yr.old, expensive Queen size mattress, is a NIGHTMARE. We were told that we were buying the "top of the line". Perhaps it is so financially, but certainly not from a quality standpoint.

(We now know that Simmons private labels its mattresses for their customers, so the same, identical mattress has different names, depending upong where you bought it. Therefore, the style name doesn't matter at this time.)

I am a sound sleeper, but am continually waking up due to the "noise" that the mattress telegraphs from merely moving a finger or a foot, & have a very sore back from the "well" that I am sleeping in. And the sides are collapsing.

We tried contacting the store that we bought it from, Simmons Canada - to no avail.

It's good to know there are others in this same, unfortunate situation.

Let's do something about it.
